Professional & Community Achievements

Not only do our sisters excel within Zeta, but they are also remarkable within our community. Congratulations!!!

Sister: Tamara (Tami) Clifton Lister, Gamma Pi – University of Georgia
Achievement: Tamara and her husband Mike are co-owners of the Famous Dave’s restaurants in Nashville, TN.  In 2010 they were awarded “Franchise of the Year” honors by Famous Dave’s of America. In 2011 they received the “Famous Neighbor” award for community service and the “Enduring Flame Award” for their commitment to their employees.   
Recognition: On May 1, 2011, Tamara was recognized as an ordained Deacon at the People’s Church in Franklin, TN.  This is the first time the church has allowed a female Deacon!
Residence: The Lister’s reside in Franklin, TN

Sister: Dana Clegg, Iota Chi - MTSU
Recognition: Dana was recently selected to be part of a Legislative Committee involving the TBI, FBI, I.C.E., and Vanderbilt University.  The committee, established by the State Senate (SN 1751) and House (HB1302), consists of experts on children and youth in Tennessee.  Their purpose is to study the impact and provide recommended improvements to the laws regarding sex trafficking of children and youths in Tennessee.
Residence: Dana resides in Nashville, TN

Sister: Amanda Hand Knauer, Zeta Chi – Tennessee Tech
Achievement: Amanda is a devoted member of the National Association of Junior Auxillaries.  She has held positions on the National Executive Committee & Board of Directors since 2007 including 3rd Vice President (’07-’08), 2nd Vice President (’08-’09), Recording Secretary (’09-’10), Region II Chapter Support Coordinator/Director (present), and she served as a member of the National Membership Committee (’10-’11).
Residence: The Knauer family resides in Franklin, TN

Sister: Casey Guimbellot Pash, Iota Chi – MTSU
Recognition: Casey was recently appointed to Middle Tennessee State University’s Alumni Association for 2011-2012.
Residence: Casey and her husband reside in Nashville, TN 

Sister: Liz Hartzog, Delta Kappa – LSU
Recognition: Liz is a 2011 ATHENA Young Professional Award nominee
Residence: Liz resides in Nashville, TN

Sister: Kristen Comstock, Zeta – UT Knoxville
Achievement: In 2011, Kristen was appointed to the position of Market Analyst for Arbor Healthcare
Residence: Kristen resides in Nashville, TN
